My stay at Winslow Bungalows was truly one of a kind. Celebrating my 50th birthday here was unforgettable, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service from the front desk team. I felt thoroughly taken care of throughout my entire 4-night, 4-day stay. ​In particular, Ms. Sonya, the front office administrator, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous in ensuring my visit was memorable. ​The atmosphere at the property is calming, peaceful, and breathtaking all at once—a true tropical vibe that feels like a private island surrounded by lush trees and plants. It was such a nice treat to have a bungalow with a private patio, making it a wonderful spot for scenic pictures. The entire property was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-maintained by the staff. ​Every morning, Winslow Bungalows offers a light, fresh breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, which was the perfect start to fuel a day of exploring Key West. Additionally, the location is extremely convenient, situated just a short walk from Duval Street. ​I fully plan on returning to Winslow Bungalows on my next trip back to the Florida Keys!

My wife and I had been to Key West 4 times previously. So, we knew the general area we wanted to stay. Ridley House was the perfect choice. 2 blocks to Duval and 2 blocks to the Historic Seaport. Ridley House is a compound of historic homes from the late 1800s. All updated and beautifully preserved. When we arrived, we were treated by Cecily. She gave us a small tour of the property and showed us to our room. Our room was located in a separate building a few doors down the block from the main compound. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a nice large shower with decent water pressure. My wife and I differed on the bed. I thought it was very nice, while she prefers a little softer mattress. Now the pillows. These were the BEST pillows I have ever encountered at a hotel/bed & breakfast. The perfect blend of soft and firm. We actually looked to see what brand they are. The Ridley serves a great continental plus breakfast from 8-10 am, in what was the home’s kitchen. There are various fruits, bread, pastries, meats, and cheeses. There are also scrambled eggs and bacon. Sonya, who was in the kitchen most days, makes a fantastic granola/fruit cup in tiny jars. She went above and beyond by making one specifically for me without blueberries. There was also coffee and juice. The pool was actually bigger than what the pictures suggested. This is the best place to stay in Key West! It is a hotel but it has the quaint B&B vibes. The tiki bar by the pool is amazing and they are adding food soon which makes it literally perfect. Close to everything you’d want to do- walk or scooter. 10/10 recommend!
